Many members of staff are trained to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Parklands Lodge uses the latest technology and on-site training facilities.
Parklands Lodge also has a team of dedicated nursing staff who provide 24-hour care for our residents who require additional support.
Our teams are focused on building relationships with residents while making them feel cared for and protected as they would be in their own homes, surrounded by their own family.
Residents at the care home can contact members of staff from their bedroom using the wireless care staff call system, so there is always someone on hand to help.
