Son of Resident, Parklands Lodge, March 2022

Our Mum, who is 93 and has dementia, moved to Parklands Lodge in early October 2021. We had done our research and viewed other care facilities. We were particularly impressed with Parklands Lodge due to the pleasant modern building, comfortable furnishings and lounge areas. We are now very satisfied with how it has turned out. Mum is safe and happy. She is looked after by dedicated staff and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent and the rooms are homely and kept immaculately clean.
PPE and visiting is managed exceptionally well and I feel sure that as a visitor I am safe and that the staff and residents are equally safe.
Overall I would say without hesitation that Parklands Lodge is a really nice facility, managed very well and staffed with dedicated people who care. Looking forward to the spring and summer when everyone can take advantage of the lovely garden. I am very pleased that we made the decision to use Parklands Lodge. Thank you to all the staff and management.

Daughter of Resident, June 2023

We transferred Mum to Parklands in October 2022 from another care home. We wish we had moved her sooner. The difference in Mum has been amazing. She is so much calmer, less anxious, feels safe, has put on weight and her hair has grown back. All the staff have contributed to this change in Mum’s

Niece of Resident, Parklands Lodge, February 2023

I visit my uncle regularly at the home. The staff are very warm and welcoming, they are all helpful during my visit and communicate with my uncle in a kind and caring way. My uncle appears settled in his environment and certainly enjoys his food.

Goddaughter of Resident, Parklands Lodge, March 2022

I last visited my Godmother at Parklands in February 2022. The staff could not have been more helpful and the place was spotless. My Godmother regards Parklands as her home which shows just how much she values the care she receives. Many thanks to everyone at Parklands for all you do.
